This is the Season

when we realize we, the non-Christian, wish "Merry Christmas" to each other;
when we realize somehow we are still the strangers in the foreignland;
when we regret not having more time to make greeting cards to distant relations;
when we recognize the year has gone by at the speed a little less than the light speed;
when we repent not being able to accomplish the new year resolution but looking forward to making some new ones;
when we can't really spend that much but keep telling ourselves that we've got the right to do so;
when we calculate carefully for everything we've purchased and the days that we expect our rebates to come in;
(To be continued...)
